In March 2021 Bicester Village commissioned Olympia to produce twelve A3 watercolour paintings of surrounding Oxfordshire estates, one large A1 piece of Blenheim Palace and three commercial illustrations of Bicester Village itself.
This was the most demanding project Olympia had been given and she spent all of March working on it. The thirteen pieces were on display for the re-opening of Bicester Village (and all retail.) Olympia was thrilled with the results: brightly coloured and uplifting images of spring to welcome England out of lockdown.
