ABOUT THE ARTIST

A little background on me

I’m a full-time illustrator based between London and Wiltshire, having studied at City and Guilds of London Art School and The University of Edinburgh. I specialise in house portraiture, landscape illustration and bespoke wedding & event stationery, in my unique colourful style of hand-painting and calligraphy.

I welcome bespoke commissions which can capture the feel of a home, preserve a happy memory, or set the tone for a unique party or wedding. At 28 years old I’m attending lots of weddings, experiencing everything that goes into wedding season first hand, and I feel grateful to be part of so many unforgettable celebrations.

An affinity to British nature and wildlife has been important to me from an early age, and has ultimately influenced my move towards illustrating subjects such as the country home, the country wedding and rural maps that have a storybook feel, recalling Wind in the Willows and Winne the Pooh. Meanwhile, my Greek heritage has inspired my work on colourful summer landscapes, and on a series of Mediterranean, coastal and destination weddings that allow for a vivid palette.

Last winter I illustrated my first book; Whispers in the Park by Emmanuel Olympitis (a father-daughter venture!) The story takes place at an ancient, prestigious school for squirrels in St James’s Park, London, a setting for many mysteries and adventures. It is nostalgic and charming, with whimsical illustrations that stay true to my love of nature and all things light and uplifting. I am excited to announce the sequel: Whispers in the Park: The Prophecy, which will become available in November 2025.

Individual original illustrations of houses, interiors, landscapes, and estate maps range from £190 to £490, depending on the size, the complexity of the project and the timescale.
