House portraits range in size from A5 to A3, allowing for a range of illustrative detail, depending on the size and complexity of the image. Smaller illustrations of the home can be equally as charming as large and detailed ones.
Typically, the windows of my house portraits are filled with colour and light, flowers bloom around the house, and sometimes a butterfly or bird can be glimpsed in the air. Why not add an extra-personal detail such as the family pet to the foreground? As seen below in the illustration of Yalton House.
