Olympia has designed a series of maps including a number for countryside estates and gardens which are open to the public. The Old Rectory (Farnborough) in Berkshire and Hodges Barn Gardens in Gloucestershire were among them. These charming images combine children’s-book style illustration with bright watercolour and careful planning. Both gardens are members of The National Garden Scheme which organise beautiful garden visits for charity. When they are re-opened in the spring, Olympia’s maps will be printed out for visitors and have been designed to fold out from pocket size to A3.
For The Old Rectory, Olympia also produced some bespoke postcards featuring various highlights from the garden, including the swimming pool, summerhouse, and wild garlic wood.
