Shower tiles designed by Olympia for Todhunter Earle Interiors, and hand-painted by tile-makers Douglas Watson Studio, were installed at an impressive manor house in Oxfordshire this February. The house, exquisitely decorated by Todhunter Earle, combines traditional English style with contemporary design, boasting a large modernist extension with an underground pool and sauna. Olympia’s tiles decorate the large shower in the ensuite master bathroom, echoing the olive greens that appear in the master bedroom attached.
During the install, Olympia also hand-painted finishing touches to an incredible wallpaper printed by Knowles and Christou which sweeps up the main staircase. The wallpaper appropriates images from twelfth century wall paintings found in the most ancient part of the house, with a red, pink and brown colour scheme to compliment the rest of the hallway.
