BESPOKE WEDDING STATIONERY
I believe that wedding stationery should reflect the fun and joy to come, be colourful, charming and full of personality. I love to work closely with couples to create their perfect stationery sets, that are truly reflective of them.
From a map of the venue to an itinerary of the wedding weekend, creating something entirely bespoke is the perfect way to set the tone for a memorable and happy day. I use a combination of lively watercolour, ink, pen, and modern calligraphy, suited to a more youthful aesthetic. While colour and flowing illustration is my niche, I can tailor my drawings and colour schemes to suit a wide range of wedding styles, from boho and destination weddings, to rustic weddings and those of a more classical nature.
Destination Wedding Invitation Set
This double-sided invitation includes calligraphy, illustrations of the cocktails, venues and a bespoke map of Menorca, where the wedding weekend took place.
Cornish Wedding Save the Date
This A6 save the date card includes an illustration of the ceremony venue, florals and motifs to represent Cornwall. ‘Save the dates’ can be a fun way to announce the wedding date and to set the tone for the day from the very beginning.
Wedding Itinerary Inserts
My signature ‘itinerary of the day’ or wedding weekend is a chance to make an invitation really personal. Plan out all the fun to come in a whimsical illustration of all the wedding highlights, with notes on locations or timings in your choice of calligraphy, handwriting, or a stylish font to accompany festive motifs, illustrations of architecture and nature.
“We were beyond thrilled with the absolutely gorgeous wedding invitation and itinerary Olympia did for our wedding. She captured everything we could have hoped for and more. So many guests told us they were the most beautiful invitations they’d ever seen! She was also incredibly efficient. We plan to frame a copy of our beautiful itinerary to keep for ever!“ Isabella and James Parkhouse
Wedding Maps
An invitation including a map of the wedding location has the potential to suit any style of wedding. A colourful coastal map is the perfect way to get the holiday feeling before a destination wedding, a charming farm map filled with nature and animals is perfect for a rustic, down-to-earth wedding, while a monochrome estate map is a stylish touch for a classic or luxury venue.

Wedding Venue Illustrations
Illustrations of the wedding venue make perfect invitation covers, and the original can be kept and framed for your wall at home. I can paint keepsake pictures from photos of the wedding, or if your venue is close to my studios in Wiltshire or London, I might be able to illustrate it live on the day! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me to enquire.
Wedding Day Stationery
Coming up with a visual theme for your ‘day stationery’ is a fun and personal way to link the tables to the seating chart, to carry on your favourite motifs from your invitations, and to tie in the stationery with the overall aesthetic of the wedding. We can discuss the perfect illustrative motifs for your place cards, menus, table plan or welcome sign.
For this rustic- style English wedding, the couple named each table after their favourite pubs. The illustrations both appeared on an A1 seating chart and labeled each table, with calligraphy titles matching bespoke menus.
For a destination wedding, the menu design below uses Greek motifs and flowers native to the island Corfu, where the wedding took place, complimenting the idyllic villa surroundings.
